Shipping policy

Orders are prepared and shipped the next business day. Delivery then takes 1–2 business days with our carriers (DHL, UPS, Colissimo, Post LU, Post NL, DPD), depending on destination.

We deliver to Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, other European countries, and New Zealand. Available destinations, delivery costs and free-shipping offers are shown at checkout.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. See our Terms of Service for full details.
