Return Policy

At WELTY STUDIOS, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and customer service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order.
  • The item(s) must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Any item(s) that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.

Process for Returns:

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@weltystudios.com to initiate a return.
  2. You will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
  4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
  5. Keep the tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions set out in our return policy.
  • If the return is approved, we will process the refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • If the return is not approved, you will receive an email explaining why, and the item(s) will be sent back to you.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
